Saw this last night! Really really good! Leo is class, as always!
I thought the soundtrack was done very well! So much criticism about the genre, but rap music is very good for representing the glamorous lifestyles they had. Yes it’s the wrong time period, but so much of it was fused in with music appropriate to the 20s.
Reading people’s thoughts on HOW AWFUL it is, I was expecting it to literally just be solid hip hop the whole way through and it just isn’t! It’s a mixture of old, new and the fusion.
Didn’t expect to like Tobey Maguire but he did play a good Nick!
So yeah definitely a top film, go check it out, old sport!
